**Position Purpose:**

+ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide administrative support and care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.

+ Specialty: Primary Care

+ Location : 669 West Coshocton Street, Johnstown, Ohio 43031

+ Hours of office: Monday-Friday: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Room patients

+ Vitals

+ Healthcare documentation

+ Mychart messages, follow up, referrals

+ EPIC

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Education: Graduate of School of Practical Nursing

+ Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio, IV certification preferred

+ Experience: One to two years previous experience preferred
