Summary:

Full Time / Seasonal until Dec 31 / $20 hr

Breakfast Attendant

Ensure guest satisfaction by being present to answer any questions, guide them through the buffet, and promptly cleaning.

1. Set up buffet, stock with paper products, silverware, cups, etc.

2. Check buffet throughout service to ensure it is both stocked and clean.

3. Clean tables and wipe down chairs as guests leave.

4. Make any specialty coffee drinks guests order, present check, and take payment.

5. Communicate to cook when items are running low.

6. At the end of service, thoroughly clean, stock, and break down buffet area.

7. Sweep and mop dining room.

8.Wipe down all tables and chairs. Reset tables to appropriate places, push chairs in.

9. Complete daily side work duties assigned.

10. Fill condiments and complete closing side work.

11. Perform other duties as assigned.
