Supervisor - Psychiatric Social Work - Psychiatry Clinic

Responsible for operation of psychiatric social work services at CPP clinic including clinical program planning and implementation, direct services, administrative aspects, training and supervision, research, and community relations activities. Conducts intake screens, individual and group therapy and treatment planning. Serves as a member of the Community Psychiatry Program Clinical Management Team, including Program development and implementation, quality assurance, and administrative coordination.
Position Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: Master's degree from an accredited school of social work. Must also adhere to the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics and be licensed or eligible for licensure on the graduate level. Five (5) years of mental health experience.
Preferred: Previous lead or supervisory experience
LICENSE, CERTIFICATION AND/OR REGISTRATION:
Required: LICSW licensure by the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners
