Position Summary:
Performs blood collection on variety of patients, registers and orders patients for test requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION
- Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent (GED) and graduate of an accredited phlebotomy training facility or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Experience: Phlebotomy training program clinical rotation. Preferred Experience: 1 year.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
- Certificate from an accredited phlebotomy training facility or proof of equivalent training; valid Driver's License.
