About the Opportunity

OBJECTIVE:

In this full time position, the employee will be expected to be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the grain elevator. Duties include grain receiving and shipping, maintaining segregation and conditioning of grain. Maintain mechanical condition of grain facility and equipment Assist in other areas as needed. The employee may be asked to assist in other areas of the AgriService when needed. All duties should be completed in accordance with company policy.

OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOU:

* Are available to work full time hours
* Are available to work Saturdays & Sundays
* Are available to work overtime (as needed)
* Are able to do heavy lifting, loading and bending (50-100 pounds)
* Are able to handle heights, climb stairs and ladders

YOU ARE RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU:

* Have excellent oral and written communication skills
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Have excellent time management skills
* Are a hands-on, mechanically inclined leader

HIHGLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BRING:

* Experience and knowledge of grain elevator operations (required)
* Any other equivalent combination of training and experience
