A successful Quick Quotes Rep will:

* Learn an in-depth understanding of SESCO's product line
* Learn and utilizing proprietary quotation and project management software
* Provide a quick turn around for "quick quote" requests via email
* Request lead times promptly via email
* Coordinate transmittals of quotes, cut sheets, submittals, and other documents to customers for each quote and as requested via email
* Communicate with clients to resolve problems with projects during the bidding process
* Follow up on quotes
* Grow and maintain a strong working relationship with clients

Essential Skills:

* Prior lighting quotations and submittal experience is a plus
* Customer service and quotations experience a plus
* Must have problem solving ability
* Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
* Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
* Must be proficient on Word, Excel, Blue Beam, internet research, and Outlook
