Regional Manager, Hospital Interventional/Cath Lab - Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.

Regional Manager Expansion Position with 8 Direct Reports in Dallas/Fort Worth and 1 TM in Austin. Expanding with Best-In-Class Interventional Products. Collaborative company looking for a leader who is looking for long term career move with TOP company and amazing management team

Markets/Industries: Cardiac Cath Lab

Products: Interventional and Endovascular products

Call points: IR, Cath lab and OR.

Base City: Dallas/Forth Worth

Geography Covered: TX

Travel Requirements: 30%

Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years leading medical sales reps with TOP companies calling into IR, Cath Lab or OR
  • MUST HAVE a consistent track record of exceptional sales and leadership results with awards and consistent over plan performance

Base Salary: $115,000.00

Total Comp @ Plan: $340,000.00 TO $450,000.00

Car Allowance: $550 monthly plus gas

Compensation: Base salary with UNCAPPED monthly commissions based on current revenue in Region, plus quarterly and annual bonuses.

High pay for performance with large base of revenue added to Base Salary gets the RM to $300K, quarterly and annual bonuses hit and exceeds $335K at plan compensation.
