Position Specific Description
This position manages small to medium-business customers. You are responsible for account management and handling most customer inquiries in this role.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provides responsive multi-channel communication options for customers
* Conducts proactive outreach to lower-tier customers following the organizational structure
* Utilizes basic knowledge of the utility market trends and assists customers with issues and questions
