Resumen del puesto de Gerente General (GG) Burger King: El GG es responsable de ser líder y motivar con animo el equipo del restaurante en un Burger King para lograr niveles más alto de satisfacción del cliente. El gerente general asegura que cada visita de un cliente resulte en servicio amable y personal con comida buena que es entregada rápidamente en un ambiente limpio y atractivo. En adicción, el GM gestiona todos los aspectos de las operaciones cotidianas de un restaurante para maximizar ventas, ganancias, y una experiencia a la cliente positiva.

Responsabilidades:

Instruir, entrenar y desarrollar el equipo del restaurante para crear un ambiente en el que las personas entusiastas sean reconocidas y recompensadas por lograr sus objetivos y metas personales.

Entrenar a nuevos empleados de administración para desarrollar y supervisar al equipo.

Responsable de la contratación general de los empleados por hora.

Asegurar la adecuada cantidad de personal del equipo del restaurante para maximizar el servicio al cliente y los esfuerzos de ventas.

Trabajar para maximizar las ventas y ganancias dentro del restaurante.

Responsable de todos los controles de efectivo y cumplimiento de las políticas de la Compañía.

En conjunto con el gerente del distrito, prepara y ejecuta los esfuerzos de marketing, comercialización, ventas y promoción de la tienda local para aumentar el volumen de ventas y el tráfico de clientes.

Responsable de ordenar, contabilizar y mantener todos los inventarios de alimentos y papel.

Asegurar que todos los procedimientos de seguridad se sigan dentro del restaurante.

Requisitos:

Experiencia 2-4 años de supervisión o gestión de un ambiente en restaurante.

La habilidad para entrenar, guiar y dirigir al personal de gestión.

La habilidad para trabajar con un alto grado de independencia y discreción.

Buenas técnicas para resolver problemas.

Buenas habilidades escritas, verbales, matemáticas e interpersonales.

Buenas habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo.

Licencia de conducir válida con transporte confiable.
