Responsibilities

Requirements, Preferences and Experience

Education

 Minimum: AR â€" meets minimum IV therapy training requirements according to BON. TN - 6 months experience required and successful completion of intravenous therapy training according to BON. MS â€" successful completion of education and training provided by an IV integrated accredited nursing program or Board approved IV therapy course.

Licensure, Registration, Certification

 Preferred:

 Minimum:

* BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE; LPN
* MS-IV Certification required; TN & AR-IV course/training as defined by the state boards of nursing

Special Skills

 Minimum: Computer literacy
