Corporate Paralegal

We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing a wide range of corporate legal and real estate matters, including contract review. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate (equivalent experience may be considered)
* Experience in entity formation and maintenance (states of foreign and domestic jurisdiction)
* Corporate record keeping
* 5+ years substantive experience in a corporate law department or comparable law firm environment
* Contract review, editing, and drafting experience
* Real estate transaction experience a plus (deeds, leases, and purchase agreements)
* Ability to research and analyze State, Local, and Federal statutes and regulations
* Comfortable interacting with all divisions of a business
* Proficient in legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for various legal matters.
* Formation of LLC's and other business entities
* Prepare and review legal documents, including leases, purchase agreements and vendor agreements.
* Manage and maintain legal files and databases.
* Assist in the resolution of legal disputes
* Provide support during real estate closings and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete.
* Stay current with changes in real estate law and industry trends.
