Assists patients with prescribed exercises as instructed by nurse or therapist. Performs and records simple urine tests for sugar, acetone, and albumin. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Current state certification (or registration) as a nurse assistant as per state certification/registration requirements. CNA experience within the last two years. If it has been more than two years, you must complete another training and competency program before providing services.
