* Job Summary* We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. The Caregiver will assist residents with daily activities, personal care, and ensure their well-being in a group home setting. *Responsibilities* - Provide personalized assistance in daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Create and implement care plans tailored to individual needs - Support residents with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents - Respect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all times - Assist individuals with developmental disabilities or autism in achieving their goals - Offer companionship and emotional support to residents - Coordinate with healthcare professionals for specialized care like hospice services *Experience* - Previous experience working in a nursing home, hospice care, or group home setting is preferred - Knowledge of patient care practices and resident rights - Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
