The Position Specifics
Taking on the role of Host isn't just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you The responsibilities of this position include:
* Maintain host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area
* Welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave
* Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
* If on a wait keep the crowd excited and having FUN
* Answer phones, place to-go orders, and enter them into the POS system
* Inspect and refresh restrooms every 30 minutes
* Respond appropriately to Guest requests. Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
* Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables
Is This Role For you?
Hosts at Snooze are...
* fun, energetic, eager, and a committed team member
* familiar with basic knowledge of Snooze service
* familiar with POS and iPad systems
* able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
* able to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds
* are at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
* Prior experience recommended, not required
