Field Sup will then provide training to their branch's caregivers as needed. Lead New Hire Caregiver Orientation and training. This is a new caregiver's first day of employment with us. Completing new client Opening paperwork Meet with new clients. Identify their needs via services. Identify preferred visit cadence (days of week, times of day) Field-based role. Local travel is up to 50-80%. Would need a dependable vehicle, car insurance, valid driver's license. Bilingual preferred but not required.
