QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* Must possess a current license as an RN / LPN in the state where the center is located.


* Applicant must be qualified by education, training, experience or certification, and have completed specialized training in infection prevention and control.


* Maintain "Train The Trainer" certificate for STNA training


* Prior experience in staff development in long term care desirable.


* Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a long-term care center.
