Lightfoot Mechanical is growing and we are looking to hire 3 dispatchers and 2 coordinators. We want people on our team who are passionate and are looking for a career in the trades. Responsibilities:

  • Ability to multitask: Can dispatch service technicians, take tickets and calls, answer customer questions over the phone or through emails, handle invoices and pricing, give guidance to field staff and course correct where necessary
  • Ensure the highest level of service for every customer
  • Supervise and direct HVAC and plumbing technicians to effectively perform equipment repair, start-up, and operation.
  • Review reporting and provide KPI reporting to department managers
  • Determine which callbacks are a priority for a consultation/feedback
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to recommend corrective actions
  • Highly motivated to achieve goals and excellence
  • Passion for teaching, learning, and sharing knowledge
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3 - 4 + years residential HVAC or plumbing experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient with computers and able to learn company software
  • Ability to self-schedule on occasion and work independently as required
