Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village is Bend's leading full-service retirement community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services and amenities. We are currently seeking On-Call/Casual Caregivers to join our team

This is a great opportunity for students who want to pick up shifts throughout the summer

As a Caregiver, you will help residents with a variety of care activities, ensuring that their health, safety and well-being are protected at all times. Our caregivers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.

Starting wage $21.50 DOE with the opportunity for increases and growth Shift differentials available.

Shift options:
  • Full-flex availability (put me in, coach)
  • Day 6:00am-2:30pm
  • Swing 2:00pm-10:30pm
  • NOC 10:00pm 6:30am

Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:
  • A commitment to Touchmark's values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
  • The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
  • The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
  • Reliable
  • Be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Must be 18 years old older
  • Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person
