Registration Clerk

Registration Clerk - Regular Relief - Linn Family Physicians

Clay County Medical Center and Clay Center Family Physicians are looking for a regular relief (less than 20 hours a week) registration clerk at their Linn Family Physicians location Monday - Thursday mornings. Spanish speaking preferred, but not required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

* answering incoming calls
* scheduling patient appointments
* creating messages
* checking-in patients for appointments
* supporting clinical staff.

Requirements include:

* Exemplary customer service skills
* Basic office skills
* good computer skills
* good communication skills
* detail orientated with extreme accuracy
* Organized and be able to multitask
* Confidentiality is a must
* Previous medical experience is preferred but not required
* Position may include screening patients and visitors as they enter the building

Post-offer drug screen, physical, and background check required.
