What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for our Physical Therapy department, ensuring the highest standards of care.

Team Building: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of passionate physical therapists who share your dedication to making a difference.

Operational Excellence: Oversee department operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while focusing on patient-centric care.

Patient-Centered Care: Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to provide top-notch services and support to our little patients and their families.

Job Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
  • A strong vision for developing and growing a pediatric Physical Therapy department.
  • A reliable and motivated problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with desire to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail, patience, and empathy.
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (or appropriate alternative)
  • CT state license to practice physical therapy.
