Job Description

As a Program Team Lead reporting to the campus Provost offices, you will be at the forefront of shaping TSTC's lasting relationships with faculty and students. In addition to team leadership, this role involves management responsibilities such as goal setting, strategic alignment, personnel management, local participation in statewide coordinated activities, hiring highly qualified team members, budget accountability, and other day-to-day execution tasks. Occasionally, the Program Team Lead may provide course coverage if credentialed, but this role will generally not involve a teaching load.
