Description
LARE Institute is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid Instructor to teach our CNA/HHA courses at our Chelsea location. LARE Institute is a branch of American Training with state, global, and industry-recognized certifications in Allied Health Care, Business, Trade and Education Programs. Who's a great fit for the Part Time CNA/Home Health Aid Instructor position? LARE Institute is looking for someone who demonstrates an obvious passion for the people we serve and someone who will put our WOW Magic into action during all aspects of their work lives. A good fit will have the following experience and skills:
- Must provide extraordinary customer service while implementing WOW Magic Principles while teaching.
- Develops, updates, and instructs course curriculum and lesson plans in accordance with LARE Institute policies.
- Oversee students while in the clinical portion of the program
- Completes and reviews monthly progress reports with students and maintains up to date and accurate student files in compliance with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
- Works cohesively with all team members including the Primary CNA Instructor, Case Managers, Job Developers, and the Program Director.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of a current MA LPN License
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in the medical field, specifically in long term care.
- Must be able to pass a CORI and SORI.
- Must maintain a positive and professional attitude.
