Job Title: Complaint Handling Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Complaint Handling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving product complaints using the TrackWise system, coordinating product returns, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with various departments to address and resolve complaints efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Initiate and document complaints into the TrackWise system.
* Update complaints in TrackWise as needed.
* Perform follow-up attempts to gather additional information.
* Coordinate product returns from the field and manage the cleaning process.
* Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, manufacturing, and marketing.
* Attend meetings to discuss complaint resolutions.
* Learn and understand the existing product portfolio and business procedures.
* Close complaints in the TrackWise system.

Essential Skills

* Experience in medical device complaint handling and quality assurance.
* Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards.
* Proficiency in using the TrackWise system.
* Strong time management, writing, and coordination skills.
* Ability to connect and relate well with diverse individuals.
* Acceptance of feedback and willingness to learn and improve.
* Ability to track and report process metrics.
* Effective communication skills with peers, supervisors, and stakeholders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

* Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical education.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (preferably related to medical devices).
* Experience in complaints processing for medical devices (Post Market Vigilance) and working in an interdisciplinary environment.

Work Environment

This role offers a supportive work environment with 2 weeks of paid time off and 6 paid holidays. You will be working with a team that values collaboration and continuous improvement. The position requires strong attention to detail and adherence to corporate policies and procedures. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $38.50
