Summary:

Assist in the maintenance of the hospital and associated grounds to maintain the upkeep, operations and appearance of.

Responsibilities:

* Complete work orders, preventative work orders, projects and call ins, in order of urgency or as directed by Maintenance Manager.
* Replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs according to policy.
* Replace floor tile, installs cove base and other minor floor repairs.
* Perform basic plumbing skills.
* Perform basic mechanical skills.
* Perform basic carpentry skills.
* Perform basic electrical skills.
* Perform repairs on the building finish such as patching and painting.
* General Maintenance duties
