Your Role: Customer Care Specialist

We're on the lookout for a motivated Customer Care Specialist to join our team In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and helping set up appointments for our expert sales team to assess and address their needs.
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll provide essential support by setting appointments, managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear communication between our customers and sales team.

Responsibilities Include:
- Handling incoming calls from customers and coordinating appointments with the sales team to evaluate their concerns
- Proactive follow-ups with clients and other key contacts to initiate projects smoothly
- Balancing multiple tasks with deadlines, all while delivering excellent customer service
- Utilizing various office equipment (copiers, printers, phones, fax machines) efficiently
- Performing quality checks on customer information to ensure accuracy in addresses, contact info, emails, and more
- Providing diplomatic, tactful service to maintain a high standard of client satisfaction
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating start dates with homeowners and engineers for LRE services
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers, answering questions, scheduling installations, providing pre-installation details, and resolving any issues
- Enhancing communication with both the office team and customers to ensure everyone is informed
- Working closely with the sales teams to provide clear job updates from start to finish
- Keeping accurate job logs and updating records or damages in company databases
- Ordering completion reports as needed to ensure seamless project wrap-ups
- Collaborating with various departments to achieve business goals and maintain smooth operations
- Meeting or exceeding project scheduling goals
- Maintaining clear, updated notes for each customer appointment
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, construction, or sales position (preferred)
- Computer proficiency and strong data entry skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Outstanding communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliability and dependability-we're counting on you and so are our customers
