Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced window installer to join our team at Overhead Solutions. This is a full time position with competitive pay and benefits. As a window installer you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows for residential and commercial properties.

Reports to

Project Manager

Education, Training and Experience

* Good mathematical, reading and time management skills
* Good attendance

Special Skills or Equipment Required

* 3 years of experience installing windows
* Basic knowledge of OSHA compliance

Physical and Mental Requirments

* Need to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures
* Need to be physically fit and have a sound mind
* Ability to pass initial and random drug testing

Job Duties

* Install, repair, and replace windows
* Prepare the worksite by removing old windows, cleaning the surface and making necessary repairs
* Install insulations and moisture barriers as necessary to prevent water damage
* Ensure the work is completed according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications
* Communicate with team members, contractors, and clients as necessary to ensure successful completion of projects
* Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to all safety regulations
* Keep tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues to the supervisor
