Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), in addition to providing support in residential programs, assists in delivering behavior analytics under the direction of an RBT supervisor.

Schedule: 40 hours, Flexible

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
* Participates in delivering comprehensive behavior analytic services and support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities: implements behavior interventions, assists in data collection, and provides data reporting on target behaviors.
* Meets regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.
* Create opportunities and support individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
* Provide services to individuals according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards, as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.
* Provide support and assist individuals with all medical, clinical, and financial needs.
* Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
* Maintain required documentation according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and all applicable regulatory standards as well as Bridgewell policies and procedures.
* Assists individuals with accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.
* Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.
* Maintain core training certifications including CPR/FA, OSHA, PABC, MAP, and Driver Safety.
* Maintain additional mandated certifications and training as required by the program.
* Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
* Other duties as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

* A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
* Associate's Degree or DSP Certification Preferred.
* Must have current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities is preferred.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

* Excellent written and oral communication skills so that the writing of required documents is clear and articulate.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driver's license and minimum of one year of driving experience.
* Computer literacy includes the ability to proficiently use Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.

Physical Demands:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to climb stairs.
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
* The employee must be able to drive a vehicle and regularly meet the driving record requirements of the agency.
* Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses.
* Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment.
