Temporary Ice Hockey Referee

Qualifications

* Level 3 or higher USA Hockey referee certification
* Previous experience officiating adult or college hockey

Job Specific Qualifications

* Level 3 or higher USA Hockey referee certification.

Responsibilities

* Enforce USA Hockey rules in fair, consistent, and professional manner.
* Maintain control over each the game and diffuse situations on the ice before they turn into incidents.
* Ensure incidents or serious violations are reported to the league coordinator and USA Hockey in a prompt and professional manner.

Physical Requirements

Employee needs to possess the appropriate skating skill ability and stamina to keep up with the play and maintain control over the game.
