Qualifications: 

  • A driver’s license, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance are required. Non-negotiable.

  • High School level or equivalent / with home care/Direct Care/Home Health Aide certification

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Home Health Aide or Direct Care Worker 

  • Physical and PPD Required

  • Background Check and Drug Testing shall be performed

  • COVID Vaccination Card 

  • Spanish and English Speaking is a plus

  • With Hoyer Lift experience is a plus
  • Weekend and Holiday availability

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care assistance such as bathing and grooming.

  • Assist in meal preparation.

  • Help the client maintain orderliness and cleanliness in the house.

  • Act as the main communicator between the client, their loved ones, and the agency.

  • Provides companionship to the client.

  • Perform all other tasks as needed by the client.

 

Shift:

  • Day Shift

  • Evening Shift 

  • Weekend Shift

Location:

  • Philadelphia area
  • Montgomery County (King of Prussia, Ambler, Glenside, Flourtown)
  • Bucks County (Doylestown)
