Community Practice Model Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: Benefit from a Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM schedule with a 2 weeks on/1 week off rotation, providing a generous 17 weeks off each year.
  • Sick Time: In addition to the structured schedule, sick time is also included for added flexibility.
  • Shared Call: Participate in a shared call schedule, contributing to comprehensive anesthesia coverage.
  • Case Variety: Surgical cases will encompass general surgery, orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and endoscopies.
  • Monthly Cases: Handle an average of 165 surgical cases per month, ensuring a dynamic and engaging workload.
  • Skill Proficiency: Must be proficient in placing labor epidurals, spinals/ITN in obese patients, and comfortable with pediatric patients.
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required, reflecting a commitment to safety and excellence.
  • Team Collaboration: Comfortably provide anesthesia both as part of a team and independently.
  • Electronic Health Record: Work seamlessly with an integrated Electronic Health Record system (EPIC).
