Renaissance Milwaukee West, a newly developed premium distinctive hotel is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor. Role Summary:

* Process daily audit of the hotel's financial data. Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all reception functions while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

Role Responsibilities:

* Verify all daily Front Desk transactions.
* Process credit card transactions.
* Post tax charges to all guest folios.
* Finalize transactions completed during the day.
* Generate or file required reports.
* Verify and prepare registration cards for arriving guests.
* Prepare folios for departing guests.
* Handle hotel phone system, transfer calls, and take messages for guests as well as hotel staff.
* Take, modify, and cancel guest reservations.
* Verify, balance and review hotel suite availability.
* Check guests in and out.
* Post telephone charges and other miscellaneous charges to guest accounts.
* Administer guest payment policies.
* Responsible for shift cash transactions.
* Responsible for maintaining hotel key security system.
* Administer guest safe deposit boxes.
* Responsible for knowing hotel emergency procedures.
* Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest special requests.
* Communicate facilities and services to guests at check-in.
* Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities.
* Carry out any reasonable request by management that is capable of being performed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Night Audit experience preferred.
* Marriott systems experience a plus.
* Required availability for two-night audit shifts per week; Friday and Saturday, 11:00pm-7:00am
* Flexible availability to work additional night audit shifts, as needed, based on business demand.

Compensation:

* The starting pay for this position is $17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
