Counselor II performs initial clinical assessment, determines appropriate level of service for patients or referral to other appropriate providers/agencies as appropriate and ensures patients receive appropriate level of care.

Qualifications: Requires a Master's degree or higher in a mental health related field; state licensure to include, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or licensed RN with psychiatric experience. A minimum of two (2) years experience in a mental health setting with strong mental health assessment skills and crisis management skills.
