Signature Healthcare's Brockton Hospital is hiring a Day Shift Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) in Brockton, MA.

Type: Full Time

Shift: Day

Shift Details: 8-hour shift with every 3rd weekend rotation and holiday rotation

Radiology Technologist (Rad Tech) Roles and Responsibilities:

* Reviews orders and prepares patients for radiologic exam.
* Perform radiographic examinations while adhering to radiology protocols and safety regulations.
* Operate radiologic imaging equipment, portable units, and c-arms in compliance with ALARA principles.
* Support radiologist as needed.
* Record all patient information accurately in RIS.
* Evaluate radiologic images for quality and accuracy.
* Ensure adequate supplies in the Radiology department.
* Clean exam room and equipment appropriately after each patient.
* Ensure that imaging equipment is in good working condition and report equipment issues for timely repairs.
* Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Required

* Radiologic technologist certification from an accredited institution
* ARRT and Massachusetts State Radiologic Technologist license
* BLS certification
