The CMT is responsible for administering medications to residents in a long term skilled facility. The individual must perform these tasks as ordered by the physician, under the supervison of a licensed nurse, and in accordance with state and federal rules and regulations. Also must perform routine daily tasks required in maintaining the health, comfort and well-being of the residents.

Qualifications

  • State certification as a Nursing Assistant mandatory.
  • State approved medication administration certification.
  • State approved insulin administration certification.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.

  • Days and Evening

   Baylor Program

- Festus Manor's Baylor program is offered to any clinical applicant. The program is set up to work two sixteen hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday; you must complete the full shift every weekend to elligible for the Baylor pay. In this program you recieve a $4 shift differential and you get paid for a full 40 hour work week. You are welcome to pick up shifts throughout the week but you will not be eligible for shift differentials, however, you will recieve an additional $75 bonus to that day of work.
