Summit ESC

Renhill Group is currently looking for a dedicated compassionate individual who is committed to student learning and success to work on a long-term, daily basis as a classroom aide floater for the Summit ESC for the duration of the 2023-2024 school year.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a floater position with guaranteed hours, Monday through Thursday and Friday at Kids First. This position requires the individual be willing and able to travel between Summit ESC preschool locations:

• Honey Locust (Woodridge Schools)
• Brimfield Elementary (Field Schools)
• David Bacon (Tallmadge Schools)
• Herberich Primary (Copley-Fairlawn Schools)
• Indian Trail Elementary (Stow Schools)
• Ledgeview Elementary (Nordonia Hills Schools)
• Newberry ELementary (Cuyahoga Falls Schools)
• OH Somers Elementary (Mogadore Schools)
• Coventry Elementary (Coventry Schools)
• Southeast Primary (Southeast Schools)

Kids First services students with Autism and various behavioral needs and TOPS services students with developmental disabilities.

An Educational Aide/Student Assistant provides instructional, physical, and social emotional assistance in a caring and nurturing environment to meet the unique needs of students with Individual Education Plans.

No formal experience? No problem. Renhill Group's online training courses designed by current and former school district administrators will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to ensure your success in the classroom.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• BCI & FBI background checks
  • Completed within the past 12 months and on file with the Ohio Department of Education
  • Renhill Group offers background checks at one of the area's lowest rates ($55), if you do not already have them
• Aide permit issued by the Ohio Department of Education
  • Renhill Group will assist you in obtaining your permit if needed. Permit costs $25 and payment is made directly to the Ohio Department of Education.
