Day to day as a Member Service Representative I
As a Full Time, Customer Service/Call Center Representative I at Christian Community Credit Union in San Dimas, CA, you will thrive in a role that involves proactively educating our members on the wide array of products and services we offer. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience working in a customer service position for a bank/credit union required
  • Cross-selling experience required
  • Ability to work on computers; ability to work with supervision and follow instructions
  • Good telephone techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Good math aptitude & Typing at 35 wpm
