Pay: $27.00 an hour + Potential Monthly Bonus

Location: Little Rock (Chenal Parkway), AR

Status: Full-Time

Hours: Mon-Thur 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-5pm, Sat 8:30am-3/5pm

Position Summary:

With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time LPN to join our dynamic treatment team in Little Rock (Chenal Parkway), AR. Our company is medically-based, so as the LPN, you will help our clients achieve the aesthetic results theyve always wanted while providing them with excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:

* Perform all laser hair removal treatments within Milan Laser established treatment protocols and procedures
* Educate patients on laser hair removal process and pre/post treatment care recommendations
* Work autonomously with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair free goals
* Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company goals
* Provide a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering world class patient care
* Record clear and accurate medical documentation in patients EMR on a tablet device
* Ensure a professional clean work environment; to include prepping the treatment room in between patients
* Clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure proper functionality
* Collaborate with Clinical Support Nurse and Medical Management Specialists, as needed, regarding patient treatment plans

Requirements:

* Active, unencumbered LPN license
* Out of state travel for training may be required
* Passionate about providing excellent patient care
* Ability to work full-time, including rotating Saturdays.
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills, both verbal & written
* Ability to maintain highly confidential information
* Be able to stand for up to 9 hours a day
* Be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Be able to visually assess the clients skin and use visual abilities while operating the laser
* Be able to operate a laser and computer/office machinery (required use of hands, fingers, arms)
