Learn more at focalpointchicago.org. # Position Purpose: Responsible for the successful recruitment of physicians and advanced practice professionals for Saint Anthony Hospital including on-boarding and retention processes.# Provides Physician relations services and support in partnership with others in Human Resources or other business areas.# # Essential Functions: Develops a pool of potential candidates through sourcing, advertising and other creative means. Collects and analyzes data to maintain a current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields. Establishes, cultivates, and maintains ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand the business unit and its recruitment needs within the context of their mission. Arranges meeting locations, travel, and/or accommodations for applicants and hiring managers when necessary. Follows up timely with candidates and hiring managers after the interview process to determine the next steps; collects feedback and ensures interviews are recapped in the ATS Complies with all legal and regulatory requirements for the recruitment process and communicates to appropriate parties when potential compliance issues are identified. General Job Requirements: 3 years of Physician Recruitment experience. 3 years of Physician Relations experience. Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills; must be persistent and persuasive. Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships with physicians and clinic administrators. Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload within tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivation. Proven ability to develop alternative solutions to problems; comparing and analyzing data; preparing clear, concise, thorough, meaningful, and grammatically correct written reports, letters, memoranda, and other documents. #Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks. Very strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented. Proven ability to interact with senior leadership, external vendors, customers and others; and employees at all levels of the organization.
