emergency situations. The associate must also provide the best customer service at all times while using good discretion

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High School graduate or equivalent preferred.
In-depth knowledge of PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration. Ability to handle
busy switchboard and emergency situations. Customer service focus is necessary.

Conditions of Employment

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University. If you are not currently vaccinated you will be required to receive the vaccination prior to hire date if you are offered employment, unless you request and receive an approved medical or religious exemption from Jefferson.
