VP of Human Resources, People and Culture

Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Health Administration, Organizational Development, Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of significant experience in Human Resource management in a healthcare setting required. Experience in a senior level position strongly preferred.
- Possess current knowledge of both Federal and State wage, compensation and employment labor Laws.
- Analyze and assess training and development needs for health care professionals, including support functions.
- Use data to inform decisions and assist executive leadership in adopting and applying evidence-based talent management practices in the context of a rapidly changing world.
- Design, develop and implement salary administration plans and benefit programs.
- Build consensus, rally support around common goals and to motivate groups and individuals.
- Think strategically and creatively.
- Successfully handle multiple priorities and prioritize and schedule accordingly.
- Rapidly process and comprehend large amounts of detailed information, consider the implications and consequences of new facts and make decisions.
- Formulate policy and develop and implement new strategies and procedures.
- Evidence of experience in promoting an inclusive and multicultural approach to talent development.
- Naturally outgoing and friendly - committed to excellent organization and customer service skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills. Strong computer skills.
