Your role:

As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you'll partner with key stakeholders across Global Technical Services (GTS) to support business strategy, build culture and lead talent management initiatives.

What you will bring:

* Advise members of the GTS Leadership Team on HR matters
* Identify and drive HR initiatives that support global business strategies, managing projects and processes across the GTS organization
* Continually assess the effectiveness of the organization's business model and organization dynamics, and lead efforts to realign/refocus as needed
* Partner with key stakeholders both within and across respective businesses and functions
* Partner with Managers and Employees to foster culture of best place to work
* Engage with functional COEs to champion and implement enterprise-wide processes
* Drive and support talent management initiatives and processes (e.g., organization design, talent planning, development actions, performance management)
* Provide coaching and support to Managers around key hiring and headcount-related activities
* Support manager effectiveness actions, coaching, and monthly check-ins
* Lead annual compensation activities
* Recommend and drive improvement to HR systems, policies and processes (e.g., ongoing coordination with COEs on initiatives and communications)
* Partner with Employee Relations Center of Excellence, support investigations and provide business perspective, as appropriate
* Facilitate workshops, as needed

What you need:

* At least 8+ years of progressive HR professional experience
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree in an HR discipline preferred
* Strong knowledge of HR management components including talent acquisition, performance management, development, talent planning, compensation, culture and engagement, change management, organizational design, and inclusion & diversity
* A proven track record of identifying and implementing HR solutions that support the business in achieving its deliverables
* Demonstrated skills and proficiency in the following areas: ability to provide sound counsel and influence effectively at multiple levels of the organization, strong collaboration skills across the business and HR COEs, and effective communication skills both written and verbal
* Strong HR process orientation, paired with an agile mindset understanding (i.e., not a one-size-fits-all approach)
* Experience working with Leadership Team members, People Managers, and employees working in a variety of locations (e.g., field, corporate, global)
* Demonstrated ability to help define, translate and execute on an organization's strategy
* Ability to drive change
* Strong listening, consulting, influencing, and coaching skills
* Strong project and process management skills
* Able to analyze data quickly and thoroughly, and provide actionable business recommendations based on data
* Proficiency and comfort with Microsoft Office and HR Systems (e.g., WorkDay)

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $136,000to $187,000.00 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
