Sr. Level Office Support

We are currently seeking a seasoned Sr. Level Office Support professional to join our team. This role offers an hourly rate of $27 and provides an opportunity to contribute to our dynamic office environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
