Caregiver Requirements:

  • 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience – Experience matters
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance – Essential for client care.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred – Education helps in our field.
  • Must pass a criminal background check – Your safety and our clients' trust matter.
  • Must pass drug screening – A drug-free workplace is a priority.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility support and feeding assistance.
  • Monitor vital signs and administer medication reminders.
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and grocery shopping.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and engage in meaningful activities.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and run errands.
  • Document care activities and communicate effectively with family members.
