Registered radiographer with training in ultrasound, or a registered ultrasound technologist (ARDMS). Must be ARDMS registered within six months (24 weeks) of date of hire. Must be ARDMS registered in OB/GYN within nine months (39 weeks) of date of hire. Has the potential to become registered in other ultrasound specific areas (breast, vascular, etc). Previous experience desirable. Must be CPR certified. Willing to work additional hours when requested by supervisor. Must be competent in all functions related to ultrasound ACR accreditation. Willing to assist the Lead Ultrasound Technologist with various tasks. Works with the radiologist to ensure proper scanning protocol is followed.
