The position involves cashiering and serving. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are the most important qualifications.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

* 1+ years of cooking experience
* Experience in managing and upholding a safe working condition
* Understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
* Understands functions of Point of Sale (POS )/ Phone system
* Demonstrates Proper Cash Handling and turn-in standards
* Understands and demonstrates proper side work and cleanliness standards
* Demonstrates proper service sequence with guests and understands
* Understand dining room flow mechanics
* Understand reservations procedures
* Understand how to communicate banquet information and take preliminary bookings
* Must be dependable
* Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Must be able to work in a team environment
* Must be able to take direction
* Background Screening
