7am - 7:30pm/ Full Time/ 36 Hours

Salary range - $16.10-$20.53

We're seeking a Cardiac Monitor Tech for Emory Saint Joseph Hospital, responsible for being a capable technician who cares about the quality of their work an ensuring the safety for all patients.

This individual will:

* Observes, interprets, and records the telemetry recordings for monitored patients. May monitor alarms where applicable.
* Delivers and applies telemetry boxes to patients.
* Ensures correct patient is being monitored.
* Reports significant observations of cardiac rhythms and other alarm information to the health care team.
* Communicates pertinent information to patients as necessary.
* Produces accurate and complete documentation. Complies with handoff communication process.
* Performs other related duties as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* A high school diploma or equivalent.
* Certified rhythm analyst technician (CRAT) preferred.
* Successful completion of an approved arrhythmia course preferred or successfully passing an arrhythmia exam on hire.
