We operate a fleet of modern, well-maintained trucks, most of which are less than 2.5 years old, equipped with the latest technology to enhance your comfort and efficiency on the road. You'll enjoy the ease of no-touch, dry van freight, allowing you to focus solely on driving.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why our unique scheduling model gets you home every 5-6 days for a full reset. You'll have ample time to recharge and reconnect with loved ones, ensuring you return to the road refreshed and ready to tackle those miles.

As a Class A CDL driver with Jamie Tharpe Trucking, you'll benefit from a competitive compensation package that includes weekly earnings ranging from $1,550 to $2,050, along with comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K, and company-paid life insurance. We also offer a fuel program designed to help you save at the pump and maximize your take-home pay.

To qualify for this exceptional opportunity, you'll need at least 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience within the past 12 months, a clean driving record, and a valid medical card. Our streamlined onboarding process includes a 3-day paid orientation with travel expenses covered.
