Kids Club Lead Teacher must:

* engage children in stimulating enrichment activities
* evaluate student progress
* interact with students, parents, and supervisor for the purpose of communicating educational objectives for students
* maintain effective group and individual behavior
* participate in staff training workshops
* perform record keeping and clerical duties
* present instructional materials in conjunction with the instructional plan for the purpose of providing direct or small group instruction to support student learning
* provide students with homework and tutoring assistance
* supervise students
* work with classroom management techniques
