Responsibilities
We are looking for a Director to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations. Using your expertise, you will be integral to business growth, strategic planning, marketing, financial stewardship, and daily operational activities. You will work closely with the Governing Board, Medical Director, Medical Staff, and personnel to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
As a Director, you're committed to the positive retention and engagement of your team members. You recognize effective communication as a top priority. You identify as an agent of change, solving organizational challenges through insight and inquiry. Exploring new avenues to help your teams and the organization succeed is central to your work. You'll stand by decisions in the interest of Community; the popular and the unpopular.
Qualifications
Education• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required Experience• 5 years of experience in healthcare administration within an ambulatory surgery center required• Previous supervisory or management experience required
