What type of education and level are you looking for? Science BS - Is a master degree considered overqualified?
Yes this is an entry level position. - What types of projects and test will the worker be doing? Making reagents for ELISA. Calibrators and Controls. Antibody purification - What does their day to day look like? 8 to 5pm. Testing antibodies, antigens. Making reagents and testing them. Interacting with quality control and quality assurance team - How many years of experience? Preferably 1 to 2 - What key experience are you looking for that would make the candidate stand out?
Experience in medical device, leadership and good writing skills.Entry level skills, either AS with 1-2 years experience, or BS Chemistry fresh grad. Familiar with wet bench skills, using pH meters, titrations. Some understanding of analytical theories.
